Valparaiso Swim Club is the original & established community based competitive swim club of Valparaiso, Indiana. We run two main "seasons"-- our summer season starts in mid-April and continues into early August. Our winter season runs from mid-September and ends in late March.
VSC will be conducting evaluations for the Fall/Winter 2010-2011 season. Evaluations take place at Valparaiso High School from 6 to 7:30PM on the following dates: September 7th, 10th and from 6-7 PM on September 15th. The process should only last 10 to 20 minutes; bring a swimsuit, goggles, and a towel. If for any reason you miss our normally scheduled evaluations, or you wish to plan a private evaluation session, please contact us at any time at the email below. We accept new membership at all times throughout the year. Everyone that comes to evaluations will be placed in either Valparaiso Swim Club or Valparaiso Swim School- in other words we have a place for you- the evaluation is only to determine correct group placement.
We take pride in offering a comforting atmosphere for new swimmers or a challenge for more experienced swimmers. Valparaiso Swim Club has no attendance policy for the practice schedule. Our practice times are scheduled in a way that allows athletes to participate in other sports or activities.
